Cindi’s 26 years of Hawaii real estate experience will benefit you whether you are buying or selling. She moved to Hawaii from Northern California in 1979, acquiring her real estate license in 1984 and her broker’s license in 1990.
Through the years, Cindi has been committed to adapting to the changing Hawaii marketplace, assisting many buyers and sellers through different economic shifts. In early 2010, Cindi acquired the “Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification” (SFR) in order to better assist sellers during a difficult time of in the real estate market.
For buyers, she works to seek out the best buys. Recently, she helped an investor client purchase an REO (foreclosure) oceanfront condo for half the price at which it last sold. She then assisted in getting it furnished and put in a rental program, providing full service to her clients. For sellers, she is known for creative marketing ideas to sell a property in the shortest amount of time.
Cindi’s experience also involves new home project marketing and sales. She successfully worked on 6 new home developments between 2002-2007.
A love for investing in real estate herself has led Cindi to the beautiful resort called Mauna Lani on the Kohala Coast, where she currently lives. On her days off, you will usually find her snorkeling at the Mauna Lani Beach Club with friends and family, biking or hiking the trails, or playing golf…enjoying the beauty of her favorite island – The Big Island.
